Liberation Labs Report Back

Join us on Monday September 26, 2022 from 5:30-6:30pm EST for a report back from the participants and hosts of the Liberation Labs.

Inspired by human-centered design, Liberation Labs brought together organizers, lawyers, law students and legal workers to solve real-life challenges that our movements are facing. Over the three hour periods, powerful conversations were had and attendees used their skills, knowledge and experience to generate tangible solutions for police-free schools, to end fatal state violence, to address housing injustice, for Black immigration, reproductive justice and more. So what’s next?

During this webinar, organizers from the different Liberation Lab topics will share out concrete next steps that came out of the Labs and what, if any, support they need from lawyers and legal workers to actualize some of the solutions we collectively brainstormed. The webinar will be an opportunity for you to learn more about the work and to get involved.
